Collaborates with markets to identify and translate skill requirements into the learning strategy.Establishing strong relationships with strategic partners, vendors and institutions to gain external insight and anticipate future skills requirements.This global role requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the following skill domains:Managed services (related to sales skills)Strategic account managementProduct ManagementCollaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to shape learning strategyPartner with Learning and Performance Business Partners and HR to define and validate requirementsEstablish skills assessment process in skill domainsOwn the Go To Market strategy to ensure execution of skills campaigns and business impactEnsure accountability in skill category design, development and deploymentCreate a compelling employee learning experience & monitor success of learning programs (quality, impact)Accountable for vendor selection, management, budget and qualityFacilitate & host learning events direct to businessWho you areFuture focused original thinker, that creates and leads in building learning products with proven impactInfluencer who will stand out in providing technical guidance and expertise in this skill domain areaDepth of knowledge in specified skill domains listed aboveApplied knowledge of the full learning cycleProven project management & organisational skillsStakeholder management, building relationships with sponsors, senior stakeholders and subject matter expertsExcellent presentation, storytelling and facilitation skillsBudget managementEnglish proficiency; Experience working at an international levelNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
