A leading landlord is looking for a Trades Manager to oversee property maintenance services across social housing and domestic properties in Oxfordshire.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage a team of 12+ in-house trades and external contractors\n\n * Oversee high-quality property maintenance and improvements\n\n * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations\n\n * Maintain accurate property data and systems\n\n * Engage with residents to develop customer-focused services\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Experience managing teams in property maintenance\n\n * Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations\n\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel – intermediate/advanced)\n\n * Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Flexible working policy\n\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 30 days)\n\n * 3 additional paid wellbeing days and 2 paid volunteering days\n\n * Discounted shopping & cycling scheme\n\n * Industry-leading pension & life cover contributions
