The position operates on a rotating AM / PM shift pattern, ideal for an experienced machinist with strong 5-axis capability and a quality-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities * Set up, operate, and run 5-axis CNC machining centres * Carry out all process and product setups through the machining route * Perform manual and CMM inspection activities * Conduct self-inspections and complete quality audits to achieve self-certification * Work from engineering drawings, inspection plans, and shop documentation * Accurately record production and inspection data * Provide input into the design of fixtures, tooling, and CNC programs * Train and support operators on machine operation and inspection criteria * Actively contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement * Perform basic preventative maintenance in line with company procedures * Work in accordance with lean manufacturing principles, including 5S Candidate Requirements * Recognised machining apprenticeship or eq...
