Site Manager/Senior\n £55,000 - 60,000 + Package\n NW London\n Maintenance Contractor\n\nCompany:\n A well-established, Tier 1, fast paced and ambitious construction, and maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients.\n\nRole:\n The role is on a brand new contract which involves a long term framework working on a Windows and Doors replacement program. Alongside other cyclical maintenance projects. As Site Manager, you will manage and control on site activities the course of this project, which external and planned work.

\n This will involve:\n\nAccountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors\nIdentifying, reviewing and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project\nEnsuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects.\nEnsuring high standards of safety and quality are always maintained.\nEnsuring project delivery plan is followed to cost and time frame expectations.\n Site Managers play a vital role in the successful delivery of these refurbishment works.\n\nKey Experience needed:\n\nPrevious experience with planned cyclical maintenance in social housing is required. Minimum of 5 years as a Site Manager is also desirable.\nPlanned Maintenance and refurbishment experience required.\nConstruction-related NVQ / HNC Level 4 and above\nRelevant CSCS card and SMSTS certificate\nSound knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements\nFull UK driving license\nMembership of or working towards RICS/MCIOB would be advantageous.\n Site Manager/Senior\n £55,000 - 60,000 + Package\n NW London\n Maintenance Contractor
