Site Supervisor MAA Recruitment are looking for 2 site supervisors for our Scottish client on a site based in North Wales. Our client are looking to install and erect stainless steel storage tanks. You will have experience on large engineering/construction sites with the ability to communicate well at every level, building a strong relationship with the tradesmen and Site Supervisor/Project Manager. Role: Supervisor a team of approximately 50 skilled tradesmen, including welding and platers. Lead and motivate all trades. Ensure all personnel adhere to H&S standards and teams complete projects on schedule. Performing inspections of workmanship of all tradesmen. Identifying potential safety hazards. Checking documents and coding for welding practices. Managing orders and deliveries. Assisting Site Manager/Project Manager where appropriate. Completing site records. Attending toolbox talks and assisting with other site meetings. Required: Strong understanding of welding and fabrication processes, particularly with stainless steel.
