MacGregor Black are partnering with a Food Manufacturing Business on the search for a Site Operations Manager. This is a perm role based in Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear manufacturing leadership that drives culture and efficiency improvements.
Develop and lead the implementation of change management initiatives, whilst leading the SLT to play its key part in the delivery excellence, impacting the wider business.
Define and gain agreement for all budgets and forecasts, ensuring your sites delivers / beats its overall financial commitments.
Responsibility for operational performance.
Provide clear manufacturing objectives, vision, and leadership to the site.
Accountable for the ongoing delivery of a strong set of KPI results for the site, including cost, safety, service, quality, gross losses and absenteeism.
