With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee and manage the execution of our interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Project Management
Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workforce. Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines. Conduct regular progress meetings and report updates to the Project Manager.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure all works meet project specifications and quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports and logs.
Health & Safety
Ensure a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site. Address and resolve any site issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out or construction projects. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and methods. Health and Safety certifications are an advantage (e.g., First Aid, NEBOSH). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools is desirable.
