About the Role:
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of small-scale civil engineering projects. This includes supervising site teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations across multiple projects Coordinate subcontractors and in-house teams Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance Ensure work is completed to spec, budget, and schedule Liaise with clients and senior managementRequirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in civils or construction Strong knowledge of minor civils works (e.g., drainage, kerbing, footpaths, small roadworks) SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified (essential) Excellent communication and leadership skills Full UK driving licenceWhat's On Offer:
