Stone & Ceramic, a leading tile and stone contractor in the South East, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team. Working across London and the M25, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. The Role You will be responsible for managing tiling and stone works from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This includes coordinating site activities, supervising operatives and subcontractors, managing materials, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations and project delivery Supervise tilers and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship Plan works, manage schedules, and coordinate with other trades Monitor budgets, materials, and project progress Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards Act as the main point of contact for clients and project teams Maintain accurate site records and support project handover
About You
3–5+ years’ experience in tiling/stone supervision or project management Strong technical knowledge of tiling systems and installations Proven leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving ability SSSTS or SMSTS (essential) NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management (preferred)
