What you’ll be doing:
Leading and coordinating multi-million-pound new builds, high-spec extensions, heritage restorations, and barn conversions, often in preserved or rural greenbelt contexts. Serving as Principal Contractor, overseeing full project management from tender through practical completion. Managing site teams, subcontractors, quality, programme, health & safety, and communication with architects and clients.
