You’ll be working for a major client in the Exeter area, known for providing opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Site Manager.

As a Site Manager, you will be:

Ensuring the smooth operation of Internal and external works
Managing a team of 2 operatives and 3 sub-contractors
Oversee the site to ensure the client/customer satisfaction rate is met
Manage your own diary and schedule.
Sign off completed work to high-quality standards
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed-if not, follow up to ensure compliance

Experience in social housing or domestic
Experience in planned works
SMSTS
Clean Driving License
Clean DBS Check
This role is offering the following benefits

Transport and fuel will be arranged
Mon-Fri (8-5pm/ 40hours)
Temp to Perm – Salary £45,000
Exeter (office/ site based)
This Site Manager is offering an hourly rate of £33 per hour
