We are currently partnering with a multi-disciplined medium-sized company based in Hertfordshire, who are recruiting for a Site Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Our client is a proud family run business who deliver a variety of projects including one-off projects to multi-million-pound frameworks. This position is based in Kent, with a salary circa £55,000 (depending on experience) a car allowance. The ideal candidate must have SMST and precious experience working on Retrofit projects. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient project delivery Coordinating multiple teams and subcontractors across the site Collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive progress and resolve challenges Maintaining strict adherence to HSE regulations and best practices Identifying and manage project risks, variations, and commercial impacts Experience required: SMST First Aid Asbestos Awareness Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Ability to lead large high performing multiple disciplined teams to ensure high standards Communication and relationship management Strong attention to detail Rewards and Benefits: Opportunities for career progression aligned with the company’s growth Diverse range of projects Working hours: 8am - 5pm Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
