Contract Site Manager - Oxfordshire\n\nConnect Grp UK Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client. We are seeking a skilled fit out Site Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a substantial background in Site Management, particularly within the Interior Fit-out sector.
This role offers an attractive daily rate of £300p/day, making it an excellent opportunity for the right individual to further their career.\n\nRefurbishment of bars and hospitality spaces during a dark period. Numerous bars on the go at the one time. \n\nNeeds to be a pro-active fit-out site manager with no issue on long days, 7 days a week.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the Interior Fit-out industry.\n\t\nStrong knowledge and understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.\n\t\nExcellent leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.\n\t\nRelevant qualifications in construction management or engineering fields.\n\t\nAbility to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients and subcontractors.\n\t\nSMSTS\n\t\nBlack or gold CSCS card\n\t\n1st aid\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOversee all stages of construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.\n\t\nCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.\n\t\nConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.\n\t\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules, for stakeholder review.\n\t\nServe as the main point of contact for clients and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.\n\nIf you meet the requirements and are seeking a challenging and rewarding Site Manager position, we encourage you to apply now.
