PSR are working to find a Senior / Site Manager that has experience in managing large Industrial & Logistics projects. This Main Contractor is a large tier 1 Main Contractor with regional offices across England. Projects will require the Senior / Site Manager to lodge away. They have a strong pipeline of work and a track record of high-quality projects with some very high profile clients. This is a permanent opportunity.
This role can offer the Senior / Site Manager project variety, large scale projects, great company culture and a supportive environment for development.
Salary: between £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience) + car allowance + Healthcare + Bonus + other benefits.
Responsibilities of a Senior / Site Manager:
Assisting in the management of the programme. Oversee the management of the day-to-day working on site. Report progress on projects, including financial reporting with assistance of the team. To direct the necessary labour, plant, staff, and equipment to help achieve project completion on time, to specification and within budget. Ensure that the Site and Engineering Team order the correct materials and sub-contract services in suitable time to meet contract objectives.
