Are you an experienced Civils Site Manager with a strong background in groundworks projects? We're working with a well-established civils and groundworks contractor delivering a range of projects across East Scotland, and they're looking to bring in a Site Manager to support their growing workload. The Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Typical duties include:

Managing groundworks and civils packages including foundations, drainage, roads, and external works Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and plant operations Driving high standards of health & safety and quality compliance Coordinating works in line with programme and project milestones Managing site documentation including RAMS, permits, and reports Liaising with clients, engineers, and commercial teams

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils / groundworks Strong technical understanding of Earthworks, Drainage, Foundations & substructures Experience managing site teams and subcontractors Good knowledge of H&S procedures and site compliance Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
