We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Cambridgeshire County Council team based in Cambridgeshire.

Location: Cambridgeshire, site-based
\nHours: Monday to Friday – full time – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
\nAs a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Cambridgeshire County Council team, supporting them in the successful delivery of mid-range projects across multiple sites.
\nYour day to day will include:
\n- \n
- Supervising and coordinating mid-range project works on occupied and unoccupied premises \n
- Overseeing subcontractors to ensure timely delivery in line with Kier Health & Safety and quality standards \n
- Conducting site briefings and maintaining accurate compliance documentation \n
- Monitoring daily activities on site and ensuring adherence to RAMS and safe working practices \n
- Attending client meetings and feeding back site information to the wider project team \n

\nThis role of Site Manager is great for you if:

- You have proven experience supervising construction or facilities-based projects, ideally in a live environment \n
- You have a strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety compliance \n
- You're confident managing subcontractor teams and engaging with clients and stakeholders \n
\n
