Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a well-established and growing construction business. The role is open to both experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations across construction projects
* Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
* Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments
* Maintain accurate site records and reporting
About You
* Experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager within construction
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Committed to delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently
* Ambitious and keen to progress within the business
