This is a long-term contract offering a great opportunity to work on a high-profile, energy‑sector development. The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day site operations. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities Ensure health & safety compliance in line with SMSTS requirements Liaise with site managers, contractors, and trades teams Monitor and report on site progress Assist in site inductions, toolbox talks, and method statements Maintain site records and ensure adherence to company standards
Requirements
âś… Valid SMSTS certification âś… Previous foreman experience on construction or power/energy sector projects âś… Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures âś… Excellent communication and leadership skills âś… BLACK CSCS card (desirable) âś… First Aid at Work
