Committed to sustainability and customer satisfaction, our client works closely with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a major retail construction project in West Yorkshire.

The role will involve managing shell-only extension works as part of a multi-phase programme, operating within a live retail environment and coordinating multiple subcontract packages.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage all day-to-day site operations and construction activities\nCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and direct labour\nEnsure Health & Safety standards are implemented and maintained\nManage site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings\nMonitor programme progress and manage short-term lookahead plans\nEnsure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and quality standards\nOversee shell & core construction activities and inspections\nLiaise with the project team to provide regular progress updates\nManage site logistics, deliveries and access constraints\nMaintain accurate site records, permits and compliance documentation\nIdentify and resolve site issues to maintain programme and quality\nSupport commissioning and handover activities as required\nCarry out any other reasonable duties to support successful project delivery
