A growing contractor operating across East Anglia, London and the Midlands, working on a variety of projects, from New Build to Refurbishments with projects including Schools and Hospitals up to £15m

Your new role
Due to this continued growth and project wins, they are now looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and deliver a high-quality project on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
Monitor progress and quality of work, resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate site records and report to the Project Manager.
Ensure all works meet client specifications and industry standards.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
