Site Supervisor – United Living Infrastructure Services Washington, England, United Kingdom Join the thriving and dynamic United Living Infrastructure Services team in Washington! We are a rapidly growing business looking for a Site Supervisor to contribute to our success. This long‑term role offers the opportunity to develop your skills within a Main Contractor and to be part of an industry‑leading organisation. Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day supervision of United Living Water Limited Repair and Maintenance Contracts on Water; site management, ensuring client requirements are met while adhering to health & safety, quality and customer‑satisfaction standards. Construction activity management – maintain safety standards, assist risk assessment, conduct accident investigations, issue site instructions and perform inspections. Production – work to programme. Quality – maintain workmanship standards, complete quality records, ensure continuity of process capability. Problem‑solving / troubleshooting – identify and resolve issues promptly. Liaison with Health & Safety Manager – collaborate on joint site inspections, review monitoring results, and address improvement notices. Liaison with Water Operatives – work together to ensure safety, quality and environmental standards, handle actions from technical audits, and develop/maintain competency levels. Liaison with Client Representatives – participate in progress meetings and manage day‑to‑day client communication. Liaison with local authorities and other bodies – coordinate site activities with statutory authorities. Site personnel management – recruitment, disciplinary actions, manpower planning, communication and man‑management. Control of plant, equipment and materials – oversee the use, maintenance and availability of resources. Administration – manage documentation including quality records, lay‑down information, timesheets, work records and other reasonable duties.
Qualifications
NRSWA Supervisors Water safety passports Supervisory Management training IOSH / SMSTS Extensive experience working on water projects Full UK driving licence
