Site Manager (Joinery) – Retail Fit-Out

Location: Redchurch Street, London (E2) Start Date: 5th May Duration: 8 weeks Project: Small retail fit-out Rates: Dependent on experience

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong joinery background to oversee a small retail fit-out project in East London.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations on a retail fit-out project

* Oversee joinery works and coordinate subcontractors

* Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

* Maintain health & safety compliance on site

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders

✅ Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail or fit-out projects

* Strong joinery background is essential

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage short-term, fast-paced projects
