Academics is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable School Site Manager to join a welcoming school in Sheerness . This is an immediate start role, offering an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in site maintenance, health & safety, and school operations.

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and security of the school site

Carry out repairs, DIY tasks, and general upkeep

Manage contractors and ensure safety procedures are followed

Open and close the school premises

Maintain a clean, safe, and secure learning environment

Hours:

7:00am - 3:30pm , or

Split shift between 7:00am - 6:00pm

Requirements:

Previous experience in a school or site management role

Strong practical and maintenance skills

Ability to prioritise and work independently

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Available to start immediately
