Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee cladding works on a project in Norwich. This is a Long-term contract role, requiring a hands‑on individual with strong technical knowledge of façade systems and the ability to drive works safely and efficiently on site.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day‑to‑day site operations for cladding and façade worksOversee installation of EWI systems, cavity wall barriers, and spandrel panelsSupervise subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standardsEnsure full compliance with health & safety regulations and site proceduresConduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against programmeCoordinate with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveryMaintain accurate site records and reportingEnsure works meet technical specifications and compliance requirementsRequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager within cladding / façade projectsStrong knowledge of:EWI (External Wall Insulation)Cavity Wall BarriersSpandrel PanelsValid SMSTSCSCS Card (Manager level)First Aid certificationStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver to tight deadlinesWhat's on Offer16-week contract with immediate startCompetitive day rateOpportunity to work on a specialist cladding project #J-18808-Ljbffr
