Site Manager Location: Lancaster (Travel Required) Employment Type: Permanent Salary: Market leading salary with great package About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our client on a permanent basis, overseeing projects across waste water treatment sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Manager looking to secure a long-term role with a respected contractor within the water industry. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all on-site activities for waste water infrastructure projects * Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards * Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle * Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety legislation, and environmental regulations * Report on progress, site conditions, and any risks or issues to senior management Requirements: * SMSTS certification (essential) * CSCS Black Card (Manager Level) (essential) * Proven experience managing subcontractors on construction sites - ideally waste water / water treatment projects * Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards * Full UK driving licence * Ability to manage multiple sites How to Apply: If you have the experience and qualifications required and are looking to take the next step in your career apply today via...
