About the Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager for a Top Regional Main Contractor to oversee new build projects across the Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.\n\nThis is a hands-on role suited to a proactive leader who can manage teams, liaise with subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.\n\nThis opportunity will lead to becoming a Project Manager\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Day-to-day management of construction sites\n\n * Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations\n\n * Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\n\n * Monitoring project progress against programme and budget\n\n * Conducting site inspections and quality checks\n\n * Coordinating deliveries and site logistics\n\n * Reporting progress to senior management\n\n * Resolving site issues efficiently and professionally\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry\n\n * SMSTS\n\n * Valid CSCS card\n\n * First Aid\n\n * Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations\n\n * Excellent organisational and leadership skills\n\n * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\n * Strong communication and problem-solving skills\n\nDesirable\n\n * Carpentry Background\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive salary package\n\n * Vehicle allowance\n\n * Opportunities for career progression\n\n * Supportive and professional working environment\n\n * Ongoing training and development
