Site Manager required for refurbishment project in the Nantwich area. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Site Manager with previous experience building offices, schools, hospitals, commercial and retail units would be a major advantage. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
