Position: Site Supervisor/Manager
Location: Flexible working across Leeds, Doncaster, and Hull sites
Rate: £280 per day
Duration: 6 months
Start: Immediate
IR35 Status: Outside IR35 (Umbrella CIS also available)

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on site setup and coordination of construction activities
Supervise contractors and monitor project progress
Review RAMS, conduct H&S inspections, deliver site inductions
Collaborate with Project Engineers, Managers, and Operations teams
Develop project documents (CPP, inductions, reports)
Occasional weekend working required

Essential Requirements:

Proven site supervision/management in Construction/Manufacturing
Strong CDM regulations knowledge
Minimum SSSTS certification (SMSTS preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Methodical approach to inspections and reporting

Desirable:

Electrical engineering background
NEBOSH Construction Certificate

This role offers variety across multiple sites with a favourable IR35 status, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required.
