Site Manager - Hospital Project (8 Weeks) Location: Leicester Rate: £260 - £280 per day Start Date: 28th July
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to assist on a hospital project, working closely with the existing management team to help deliver key elements of the build to the highest standards.
This is a temporary 8-week contract, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-spec healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the senior management team with site quality audits and inspections. Oversee and coordinate subcontractors on-site to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to programme. Assist in enforcing and maintaining strict health & safety standards. Keep accurate records of site progress and reporting any issues to the Project Manager. Monitor snagging works and ensure remedial tasks are carried out efficiently. Help maintain compliance with NHS site-specific protocols where required.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Site Manager on healthcare, education, or commercial projects. Strong organisational and communication skills. SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Black Card Able to liaise confidently with subcontractors, consultants, and client-side personnel.If you are interested, please apply with your CV.
