Site Manager - Tier 2 Main Contractor Kent£45,000 - £65,000 DOE + Package We are currently working with a well-established Tier 2 Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee a busy construction site in Kent. Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the South East and has a healthy pipeline of secured work. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Site Manager to join a growing contractor offering long-term career prospects. The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors Ensure the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards Maintain strict health & safety compliance on site Manage site logistics and programme delivery Liaise with project managers, clients, and the wider construction team Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Site Manager with a main contractor Strong background managing busy construction sites SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential) Excellent organisational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme
