Freelance Construction Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out (CAT A)\nDuration: 6 Weeks\nStart Date: 19th January\nHours: 7:00am – 4:00pm\nProject Type: Commercial CAT A Fit Out\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager to oversee a 6-week commercial CAT A fit-out project on behalf of our client.\n\nThis is a short-term contract role, ideal for a hands-on Site Manager with strong commercial fit-out experience who can hit the ground running.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Day-to-day management of site operations\n\n * Coordinating subcontractors and trades\n\n * Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to a high standard\n\n * Maintaining health & safety compliance on site\n\n * Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and progress reporting\n\n * Liaising with the project team and client representatives\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience managing commercial CAT A fit-out projects\n\n * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold preferred), and First Aid\n\n * Strong leadership and communication skills\n\n * Ability to manage short-term programmes efficiently\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
