Talent management: conduct annual reviews, review development needs, coach and mentor staff, implement succession planning, promote positive working environment. Health & Safety: ensure compliance with policies and legislation, create safety plans, promote near miss reporting, conduct safety tours, manage contractor approvals, ensure risk assessments and documentation are up-to-date. Contract Delivery: deliver budget, meet KPIs, prioritize repairs, maintain service records, manage spare parts and contractual hours. Technical Direction: utilize DMMS, complete safety critical PPMs, manage legislative requirements, control obsolescence, standardize maintenance practices, ensure compliance with industry standards and directives. Resource Management: collaborate within departments, comply with policies, monitor overtime, support third-party contracts. Conflict Management: resolve issues, manage change, use data analysis for conflict resolution. Continuous Improvement: lead LEAN projects, define CTQs, reduce process variation, identify opportunities, review processes, identify root causes, document CAPA, communicate findings. Customer Satisfaction: exceed customer expectations, proactively address problems, gather feedback, build relationships. General Responsibilities: lead by example, manage equipment standards, attend reviews, support company values, communicate effectively, provide progress reports, manage documentation, maintain shift patterns.
