This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile programmes with a business known for quality and repeat delivery. The Role
Managing day-to-day site operations on major retail projects Leading site teams to ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met Coordinating subcontractors and materials Liaising with clients and project managers to maintain strong working relationships Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in large-scale retail construction Morrisons and / or Co-operative project experience is essential Proven track record managing fast-paced, live retail environments Excellent leadership and communication skills Willingness to travel nationwide as required Relevant site qualifications (SMSTS, Black CSCS, First Aid) preferred
