Site Manager - Warehouse Refurbishment Location: ColchesterDuration: 16-week project We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a warehouse refurbishment project in Colchester. This is a fixed-term role for an initial 16-week programme, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of site operations Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance Liaising with project managers, clients, and suppliers Monitoring progress against programme and resolving site issues

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager Previous experience in warehouse refurbishments and/or office fit-outs Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred/required depending on criteria)
