We are recruiting an experienced

Site Manager

to oversee

retrofit and planned maintenance projects

across South Wales, covering

Newport, Cardiff, Bridgend and Ebbw Vale . This role focuses on

fabric-first decarbonisation works , including

External Wall Insulation (EWI), Solar PV installations, and associated structural and brickwork repairs

within occupied social housing environments. You will be responsible for

programme delivery, subcontractor management, health & safety, and quality control

across multiple live sites. Key Responsibilities

Manage planned maintenance and retrofit works across multiple sites

Oversee

EWI, Solar PV and fabric improvement projects

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure health & safety compliance

Monitor site progress, programmes and budgets

Liaise with residents, clients and internal teams

Carry out site inspections to ensure quality and productivity

Support reporting and operational delivery targets

What Were Looking For

Experience as a

Site Manager

within

social housing or planned maintenance

Knowledge of

retrofit, EWI, energy efficiency or decarbonisation works

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident using

Excel / spreadsheets

for planning and reporting

SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely (First Aid preferred)

PAS2035 awareness desirable

training provided
