My client is looking for Competent Site Manager for a principal contractor role based in London. The role will be initially for 7 weeks starting 5th Jan but there is scope for this to be extended. Bill rate is £40ph - £43ph based on 8hr day Role Requirements Competent Site Manager for a principal contractor role. Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and Health & Safety. SMSTS certification expected. Mechanical experience essential (chillers and pipework). Ideal experience level : 5–7 years, leaning towards more senior candidates. Technical Skills BMS experience beneficial (Siemens system currently in use). Familiarity with Metasys is a plus. 50 / 50 mix of BMS and mechanical expertise. Project Context New project, first engagement with this client. Potential for future work nationwide if successful. Noise-sensitive site (basement work), so noise control is important. Certification & Compliance SMSTS expected (though not explicitly specified by client). General expectation most candidates will have this.
