Site Manager – Internal Finishes Location: Cardiff Start Date: 5th January ⏳ Duration: Until project completion at the end of August We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee internal finishes on a large, high-profile construction development in Cardiff. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in managing finishing trades and driving high standards across complex build environments. Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all internal finishing activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme expectations. You will work closely with subcontractors, design teams and the wider site management team to maintain quality control, manage sequencing, and ensure the smooth progression of the fit-out phase. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and coordinating internal finishing packages * Monitoring workmanship, snagging and quality assurance * Ensuring works are completed in line with programme milestones * Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams * Enforcing health & safety procedures across the internal areas * Reporting progress and issues to senior site management Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager focusing on internal finishes * Solid knowledge of construction fit-out sequencing and trades * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment * CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications (or equivalent) This is an excellent opportunity to join a significant build progressing into its crucial finishing stages.
