Job Description
Ivy Resource Group are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction business delivering a high-end commercial project in Chipping Norton . This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised professional to take ownership of a prestigious long-term scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
Lead and manage all site operations on a high-end commercial build
\n
\n
\n
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on programme, and to specification
\n
\n
\n
Oversee day-to-day site reporting, quality checks, and compliance
\n
\n
\n
Maintain strong communication with commercial, technical, and client teams
\n
\n
\n
Drive site productivity and uphold the highest standards of workmanship
\n
\n
\n
Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are rigorously followed
\n
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n
\n
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
\n
\n
\n
Ideally a bricklaying background with strong technical understanding
\n
\n
\n
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
\n
\n
\n
Strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery
\n
\n
\n
SMSTS and First Aid certifications (mandatory)
\n
\n
\n
Package:

Competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000
