Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out\n Birmingham\n Full-time | Permanent\n\nOverview\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial fit out projects in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across sectors including office, retail, and commercial workspace.\n\nYou will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage the day-to-day running of commercial fit out projects on site\n\n * \n\n Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff\n\n * \n\n Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures\n\n * \n\n Monitor site progress to ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget\n\n * \n\n Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reviews\n\n * \n\n Ensure high standards of quality control and finishing\n\n * \n\n Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries\n\n * \n\n Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and design teams\n\n * \n\n Ensure projects are delivered to specification and ready for client handover\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out or interior refurbishment projects\n\n * \n\n Experience delivering office, retail, or commercial interior fit outs\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and health & safety regulations\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades on site\n\n * \n\n Excellent organisational and leadership skills\n\n * \n\n SMSTS certification (essential)\n\n * \n\n CSCS card and First Aid certification\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nSalary & Benefits\n\n * \n\n £50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Car allowance or company vehicle\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial fit out projects\n\n * \n\n Career progression within a growing contractor\n\nLocation\nProjects are primarily based in Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, with full-time site presence required.\n\nApply Now\nIf you are an experienced Site Manager with a background in commercial fit out projects, we would like to hear from you.
