With a strong reputation for technical excellence, collaboration, and investing in its people, the company offers an excellent environment for professional growth and career development.Working as part of the site team, you will provide technical expertise, ensure works are delivered in line with specifications, and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across all project phases.Key Responsibilities Set out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirementsInterpret and review technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and buildabilityProvide technical guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and operativesEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with design specifications and relevant regulationsCarry out site surveys, establish control points, and maintain accurate recordsMonitor quality control procedures and ensure high standards of workmanshipSupport the planning and coordination of site activities to meet programme deadlinesLiaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the wider project teamMaintain site documentation including as-built records, QA records, and progress reportsIdentify and resolve technical issues and contribute to practical engineering solutionsPromote and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on siteAssist with the management of materials, plant, and resources Skills & Experience Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related disciplinePrevious experience in a site engineering role within construction or civil engineeringStrong understanding of setting out techniques and surveying equipment (e.g. GPS, total station)Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specificationsGood knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and quality standardsStrong communication and teamwork skillsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailProficient in relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Office) Personal Attributes Proactive and self-motivatedOrganised with the ability to manage multiple tasksAdaptable and able to work in a fast-paced site environmentCommitted to continuous improvement and professional development What We Offer Opportunity to work on a variety of civil engineering and infrastructure projectsSupportive team environment with clear career progression pathwaysOngoing training and development Legal Information: We act as an employment agency for permanent work and as an employment business for temporary work.
