We are hiring across multiple disciplines, offering the chance to work on high-fidelity simulation systems that replicate real aircraft behaviour and directly contribute to pilot training and aviation safety.

Develop and integrate real-time simulation software and systems Work across the full engineering lifecycle – requirements, design, integration, verification & validation, and certification Model and simulate aircraft systems, avionics, environment, and visual/audio behaviour Support system integration, testing, fault finding, and performance optimisation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software, systems, hardware, and simulation Contribute to customer delivery, qualification, and post-delivery support What We’re Looking For
Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other safety-critical environments Strong understanding of systems engineering principles / development lifecycle Experience in one or more of the following: C / C++ / Python software development Real-time or embedded systems Aircraft systems, avionics, or simulation modelling Audio systems, acoustics, or signal processing Visual systems, rendering, or simulation environments System integration and complex engineering environments Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset Degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent experience) Desirable Experience
Flight simulation or Level D simulator environments Knowledge of ARINC, AFDX, CAN, or aviation data protocols Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools Familiarity with EASA / FAA simulation or certification standards Experience with real-time systems, networking, or hardware integration Why Apply?
