SIAM Change Manager 12 months – Hybrid Based: Preston, Channel way Hourly Rate: £21.50 PAYE or £28.79 umbrella inside IR35 37 Hours per week

Skills Strong experience with ServiceNow, especially the Change module and reporting functions Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain attention to detail Experience working in a SIAM model and/or defence environment is a plus

The Job Chairing the Change Approval Board (CAB) twice a week Coordinating with technical experts and suppliers to assess and approve changes Using ServiceNow dashboards and reporting tools to track and analyse change activity Leading post-change reviews and reporting on failed changes Driving improvements to the change process and templates for standard changes Supporting development of new processes and localised service improvement
