Overview
St Michael’s Hospice Retail is responsible for the operation of the chain of St Michael’s Hospice charity shops, e-commerce and the Donation Centre. We are currently seeking a Manager for our Rye Shop.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of volunteers, ensuring excellent communication and organisational skills.
Cash up, sort donations, price, rotate and order stock.
Develop and implement innovative ways to maximise income and reach targets.
Promote Gift Aid and encourage customers to sign up.
Maintain clean and visually inviting charity shops, providing a positive shopping experience for customers and a rewarding place to work through volunteer training and recruitment.
Deliver profit to support the work of St Michael’s Hospice.
Working Pattern
37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Saturday, variable days/hours.

Salary
