Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Shift Technician (Electrical Bias) to join our on-site engineering team working on seven floors of premium commercial office space. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team following recent internal promotions and growth.

The Role

You will be part of a team of 8 engineers, delivering planned and reactive maintenance within a modern, multi-tenanted commercial building. The role is electrically biased but requires a good all-round understanding of general building services maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks

* Support the day-to-day operation of building services systems

* Perform basic fault finding and repairs (electrical bias)

* Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards

* Liaise with colleagues, tenants, and management to ensure service delivery

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Building & Contract Details

* 7 floors of commercial office space

* Multi-tenanted building

* Landlord responsible for all major plant and specialist systems

* Contract mobilised in November
