Sunday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

between the hours of

10pm to 6am . However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all! Pay, benefits and more: Were looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 per annum , and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What youll do on a typical day: Lead and manage shift teams, ensuring a safe and productive working environment Deliver clear, engaging shift briefings to align teams with daily priorities Oversee inventory control using WMS, scan guns, and tablets for accuracy Maintain and update payroll systems (Oracle/Kronos) promptly and correctly Collate and present operational data to senior management and clients What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous experience in warehouse operations and line management Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft applications A safety-first mindset and ability to drive operational excellence CITB MAPS certification and a valid driving licence (desirable)
