The position is working in a unique, clean and fasted paced production environment with a range of complex, high speed machinery and auxiliary plant equipment.
Shift pattern: 24/7 rota on a 35-day cycle (12-hour day and night shifts) Average 34-hour working week with only one weekend in 5 Just 14 shifts across 35 days , offering excellent worklife balance Opportunity to pick up extra shifts/hours as overtime paid at x1.5

The role will involve: Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including complex automated production machinery, control panels, and control systems Minimising downtime within a high-speed manufacturing environment Working with both modern and legacy machinery across two adjacent factory sites Supporting the Maintenance Manager with site projects and operational requirements Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving equipment performance and efficiency
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must hold a Level 3 NVQ/C&G qualification (or higher) in either mechanical or electrical engineering.
Maintenance experience in a similar position within a manufacturing/production or distribution environment is also required.
Successful candidates will undergo security vetting and will need a clean criminal record and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years.
