About the Role
As Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations across our campus facilities. You’ll lead a team of skilled operatives and contractors, ensuring high standards of service delivery in areas such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate FM services across the campus Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations Manage contractors and service providers to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes Support planned and reactive maintenance activities Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Act as a point of contact for FM-related queries and emergencies
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience in facilities management or building services Strong leadership and communication skills A proactive, solution-focused approach Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
