I am working with a leading FM service provider who are actively recruiting for a shift lead to join their flagship team in central London\n\nPackage\n\nSalary up to £61,000 per annum\nBags of overtime available\nExtensive benefits packageDuties\n\nElectrical PPMs and reactives\nMechanical PPMs and reactives\nassigning PPMs to engineers - overseeing a team of 3 shift engineers at any given time\nMaintenance of high voltage critical plant equipment\nMaintenance on switchgears\nMaintenance on panels, breakers and transformers\nPower distribution maintenance\nLighting - EML testing & lighting upgrades\nGenerator testing\nDistributing PPMs to the shift engineers\nCreating RAMS\nSigning off works carried out by engineers\nEnsuring all works are documented accurately\nLiaising with third party contractors and the site facility manager, being the face of the companyRequirements\n\nNVQ Level 3 Electrical \n18th Edition\nHV/LV AP status\nBuilding services maintenance experienceRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
