Purpose of the Job To deliver planned and reactive maintenance within a 5-star hotel environment in Central London To ensure all building services and fabric works are maintained to a high standard To provide a proactive maintenance service supporting the smooth operation of the hotel To represent the client professionally at all times Key Responsibilities Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks Undertake basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and decorating works Perform general building and fabric maintenance Work on and maintain AHUs and FCUs Identify and report faults or potential issues promptly Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations Maintain accurate records of work completed Liaise with hotel staff and management to ensure minimal disruption Personal Experience / Qualifications / Skills Previous experience within Building Services or Facilities Maintenance Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems Experience working with AHUs and FCUs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Well-presented and professional, suitable for a luxury environment Willingness to attend training and develop skills Role Details & Benefits Location:
