SHEQ Manager - Competitive salary + package (DOE)

Rowles Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established, privately owned engineering and infrastructure business with over 25 years’ experience delivering projects across the UK. This is a company where leadership is visible, decisions are made quickly, and people are trusted to take ownership.

We are driving a recruitment campaign in search of an SHEQ Manager to lead Safety, Health, Environment and Quality across the business. This is not a stand still role, you’ll be out across sites, working closely with operational teams, influencing behaviours and driving standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading SHEQ across multiple operational sites

• Conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments

• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions

• Delivering training, inductions and toolbox talks

• Managing compliance across ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)

• Acting as the central point for all SHEQ-related matters

• Supporting continuous improvement across systems and processes

What we’re looking for:

• Strong SHEQ background within engineering, infrastructure or similar

• Experience working with ISO standards

• Confident, credible and able to influence teams on-site

• NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent qualification

• A proactive, hands-on approach
